Yes, you can add WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Shopify chat, Tawk.to or Tidio chat in the Helpbot to provide a single (unified) HELP interface to your customers and make it super easy for them to reach out to you should they need a 1:1 human support to solve their queries.
- Head to FAQ+Contact us+WhatsApp+Track app under Apps section in your Shopify store.
- Find the 'LIVE Chat' section and click on 'Edit'.
- Choose the Chat type i.e. WhatsApp, Messenger or Others (default Chat type is WhatsApp) NOTE: The Chat app must be installed on your store and enabled.
- Click on 'Save'.
