Can I add WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Shopify, Tawk.to or Tidio Chat in the Helpbot?

Yes, you can add WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Shopify chat, Tawk.to or Tidio chat in the Helpbot to provide a single (unified) HELP interface to your customers and make it super easy for them to reach out to you should they need a 1:1 human support to solve their queries.

  1. Head to FAQ+Contact us+WhatsApp+Track app under Apps section in your Shopify store.
  2. Find the 'LIVE Chat' section and click on 'Edit'.
  3. Choose the Chat type i.e. WhatsApp, Messenger or Others (default Chat type is WhatsApp) NOTE: The Chat app must be installed on your store and enabled. 
  4. Click on 'Save'.
