How to Change/Edit FAQs?

1. Head to FAQ+Contact us+WhatsApp+Track app under Apps section in your Shopify store.
2. Find 'FAQ Templates' section and click on 'Edit FAQs'.
3. Now to edit an existing FAQ click on 'Edit' and update the Question, Answer, and Category.
4. Turn on/off the FAQ by setting its status as 'Active'/'Inactive'.
5. Click on 'Save'.

 

Note: To reflect the changes you must save by clicking the 'Save' button.
