Why are FAQs not changing language even after I changed the Helpbot Language?

The language of the FAQs needs to be changed Manually.

How?

1. First, Open the Faqprime App Dashboard 
2. Choose FAQ Template and click on the Edit option 

3.Add the FAQs in your default language

4. Click on SAVE. Yay! You're good to go.
